Adrienne took the time to set up video calls with us where she walked us through every step of the process as we were first-time homebuyers. Buying a home can be an ordeal and the Federal, State, and legal paperwork seems endless. Caliber Home's agents were always easily reachable and quick to respond to my many questions. All legal docs were able to be transferred safely via a secure portal and all signatures were able to be obtained digitally - didn't once have to take time off from work to deal with legal stuff or paperwork. My only regret is that I never got a chance to meet the staff in-person.
