Mr Petit was wonderful. He was always available from start to finish. Even when I was a little confused he was so nice and understanding. I have been telling people what they need to do before contacting him so that it won’t take long from start to finish. Hopefully he won’t be retired by then.

Craig was a superstar from beginning to end. He was very thorough with his explanations knowing this was the first time my family was buying a house. He walked us through every step and made sure we understood every aspect of it before moving forward. Craig made himself available by email, work phone/text and even his personal phone/text to make sure we could always reach him to ask questions. There were a few times where we thought this might not be able to work financially for my family, but Craig worked his magic and assured us that we would definitely be able to close on the house with the price we agreed upon. We have nothing but praise for how Craig conducts his business, and will most definitely refer him anything we hear someone looking to buy/sell/refinance!

Craig was great at everything during the process. Being a first time home buyer, fresh out of active duty and starting a new job. I had little time to focus on the process, Craig made it easy and stress free. Wish more people would be as helpful as him towards veterans trying to get back to civilian life. Craig Petit was awesome to deal with!! Julio gave the title company the appraised value of my home to the title company which I thought was inappropriate. Title should have had access to the sale price, and no body should have had access to my appraisal without my consent. Was a bit disappointed in him!
