Took far too long (2 months!) and required unfathomable amounts of documentation (and they asked for the same info multiple times). I was refinanacing, I have good credit, paid my mortgage religiously for the past umpteen years and I had $700k equity in the home... Really I need to pay off my target card that I pay off every month any way?!?!?!

The process took way too long and that at least iin part ws due to inconsistent communication. I had hoped this would be an easy process since it was with the same company but it turned out to be just as difficult as any closing I have ever had.

It was a very long process - 2 months from start to end. There were requests for irrelevant documents and the documents that were necessary too way too long to obtain, errors in following directions from condo management delayed my process by almost a month.
