It will be good or great if you train the person you have hired to meet me at my house to sign the documents. Having said that, there were quite a few documents I asked to be explained, and it seems he/she was not too familiar with some/most of them, and some we stepped over, and others we have to spend time to read over before signing. Having said that, it was nothing at all about the person personally, but it was very wise for somebody to be very familiar with all the documents and just in case it needed to be explained to me/us before signing. I would blame both parties, you and the person. You, you should train the person on all documents, no excuses. The person should approach you and ask you personally to be educated about all the paperwork and what it means. Being in management at work and quite few people working under me, it just I look over these things in training my crew. After all, she/he was very nice and friendly.

I was literally shocked at how well we were treated, how proactive & caring staff was and how well they explained everything. Any question I had was answered right away with respect and care.
