Our closing was delayed, but the fault was of the seller, as they had an HOA violation. Now things have been resolved. Wintrust did charge us some extra interest, however the seller paid that. Sean was AMAZING through the whole process, he kept me aware of what was going on and was extremely proactive with the lending process. I plan to use Sean and Wintrust going forward for all my lending needs.
