Overall, great experience. Customer service was great throughout the refinance process. There were some delays w/the mobile notary, but those issues were worked through without issue. Caliber Home Loans has A LOT to work through though on its customer support during loan maintenance. It is VERY difficult to get through to a live person when you need help. The customer service number is automated and doesn’t lead to a live person unless you can figure out a mystery combination of keys. Do better!
