Ben always went above and beyond his duties as my loan officer. He was very communicative, patient, understanding, and responsive throughout the whole process. When one of my loan applications was denied, he worked quickly to liaise with the underwriter to generate a letter of denial so that I was not at risk of losing my Earnest Money Deposit. When my second loan application was in jeopardy, he was very creative in exploring other options and communicating with me these options. Without his critical thinking, I would not have gotten the financing for the home that I wanted. He was by far the most personable person I've met through this process and I would love to work with him again!
