From the moment a contract is submitted by the client for property of interest until the contract is accepted. From that point, Adam stays on top of everything to make sure all necessary documents are submitted in a timely manner. If you listen and follow Adam's instructions, he will help you stay ahead of the game so, when documents are sent to the underwriter, you are in a good position to be approved .
