Great work

The experience overall was great. I knew I could count on NewRez for our home equity cash out because they already have my current mortgage loan. I was not extremely happy with the loan rate (9.25%), but everything else was above and beyond what I was expecting. Because other rates were not much different, fees and understanding of the loan process kept me with Ashley and NewRez. It was overall a satisfactory experience.
