Other than a couple of clarifications here and there, the process went pretty smooth. A couple points in time, we received sets of electronic documents from William then received the same set of documents from Nicole which had us reach out to see if the documents were doubled up. It confused us for a moment but after a quick email conversation, we were put at ease of what was sent. Overall, a very good process.

William was very easy to work with. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and kept me informed of the process. He set expectations and met them as the whole process took less than a month from start to receiving funds.

The original loan processor wouldn't contact/reply. All contact was made via/thru my wife. Documents would be emailed for me to docusign without giving me my validation code, which I finally received AFTER the loan was approved??
