I was asked to provide an award letter from my pension holder, which doesn’t normally occur. I had provided proof of deposit and my annual notice of my continued benefit, and an award letter was still needed. Fortunately, a letter WAS provided because my medical insurance had changed and they provided an updated letter with my new pension amount.

The New Rez people were personable and knowledgeable and demonstrated a sincere desire to guide me through the mortgage process One point for improvement -- the closet who came to the house was not as detail oriented as I expected she called to cancel bec she was missing docs then called back to say never mind she was also unclear on how I would receive monies

Very easy process, everything was detailed, and I had no issues with the refinance of my home. Sean Lee was great from start to finish. Closing process went very well and the funding date was exactly as they said it would be. I used wire transfer and funds were transferred to my account on the day of funding as well as any payoff accounts were sent to me overnight the next day. Fast and easy process... No issues at all.

Sean and Jennifer both are easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and explained in clear detail what was needed each step of the process.

Sean was fantastic and he kept us well informed and kept in touch at all times. However. We were disappointed in Justin. He told us that it would only be about 10 days to wrap up if we got everything in amd we did on that day. But then he left for time off for over a week and we felt like that further delayed the process. We understand that he had time off but he never told us that and so it was frustrating with no response. We connected with Sean again who then checked into it for us. As a result, someone did reach out and asked if we had questions. We did but they couldn't help us and it felt like the call was pointless. Additionally when that person called he asked If I had a few minutes and I asked him to call me back in 10 minutes and he said it was already after hours so basically no. I had to excuse myself from my meeting to have a pointless conversation.
