Natalia went above and beyond what her job was, not only did she advocate for us with a unpleasant seller she was also more than supportive when we backed out of our original contract. When we finally found the one she got our paperwork done in record time because she knew we were so excited to move in and be done. Between making the hard phone calls, to checking in on us and building a relationship she made this experience more than pleasant. The next time we are ready to buy a house she will be the first call we make! If it was not for her after that first house we may have given up, she sold us on being home buyers.

There was not one single thing Natalia did that wasn't professional and disappointed me. My realtor was very inexperienced and truly created a lot of issues that should have never happened and Natalia pushed her and made this sale happen. I needed to close on this house sooner than later and Natalia did her very best to make it happen, even with tenants with a big stinky dog that didn't want me to take their house. But we got it done and it wouldn't have happened if Natalia wasn't involved. She is very serious about her job but still soft around the edges because I'm terminal with cancer and she went on vacation to someplace I watched for hours onTV and she shared a story about a performer she saw with me, and I loved it!
