There are no words to express my appreciation for the effort Bobby Brown put into my loan assumption process. PCSing while in the military and leaving your current instillation is already a challenge, and buying a house at the next location sight unseen can be daunting. Bobby Brown made the process much much easier with persistent communication on the status of processing and paperwork required to keep the application moving forward. He helped limit the stress that can be associated with buying a home, and me and my family are forever grateful for his rigorous attention to detail and support for our nations military. There is no doubt in my mind our quick completion from application to approval was primarily due to the tracking Bobby Brown did.
