The last time we applied for a mortgage loan was 33 years ago and Randy took the time to explain thoroughly the process every step of the way. He answered all my questions, and there were many, and made sure he reassured me that he was always available for any concerns I may have. He communicated clearly and many times went beyond the short answer to make sure I understood. Randy made me feel valued and that he truely respected my interests in the process. As a retired schooll administrator I found his professional and friendly demeanor assets I looked for in hiring candidates.

Everything was very clear.

It was great until the end when we received no communication that our closing was going to be delayed until we reached in the afternoon to try to find out why we hadn?t heard anything by then. This caused tremendous stress, anxiety and the need to pull others in at the last minute two days later (the day we were scheduled to be flying overseas) to help with printing and scanning. Things got right down to wire. Again, up until this point all was great and seemed to be going well. Just wished for more communication at the end.

Smooth and effective communication

After a great experience with Randy it was difficult to give an excellent review for the whole process. Should not have taken so long for appraisal to come in and we should have known that we needed an engineer report we before we did.
