Danielle did a wonderful job helping us navigate through the different aspects of the cash out refinance process. It could have been much faster if there was a little bit more flexibility in some of the information requested. This is something she was not in control of, nonetheless she kept us informed and tried to do what she could to keep the process in motion.

Danielle went out of her way to communicate with me. I work in a challenging environment and can't always answer the phone (Operating Room and scrubbed in so I can't touch anything else). She used text and email primarily to communicate and did great explaining everything and organizing all of the steps/groups/services that were needed so I could continue working.
