Deb is the absolute best! She has been like an angel. Deb has helped me so much through this entire process and has gone above and beyond. Honestly, Deb was amazing! Very quick to respond, personable and informative. I'm a first time home buyer, who's been working my whole life to finally have the ability to purchase home. I'm moving from California when I suffered a realization that my dreams of owning a home seemed impossible because I've been priced out of the market due to some situations that were beyond my control. My wife and I decided to move Indiana to be closer to her parents and so we decided to purchase there instead. Deb was referred to me by a real estate agent that I called enquiring about a property she was selling for her client, and I'm so thankful I was able to get in touch with Deb. Right away, she made me feel like a long best friend, and she was so quick to help get me going. Shortly after we ran into some snags with a recent career jump within my company that made it difficult to get the loan process approved. Now, going through the home buying experience is fun but stressful, and my situation was very unique like many others, but Deb was determined to make it happen for me. We have a 3 hour difference between California and Indiana. Deb was available at all hours of the day for any questions I had had when I needed them, and we had plenty of phone calls she would answer my phone late in the night (her time.) She had put in countless amount of hours to make my dream come true, and I'm so thankful for her time and energy. If you're looking for someone who is cares more about getting you a home than the her personal gains, Deb is the one you need to call.
