Constant communication and overall knowledge of the work and always takes the time to educate me on things I didn't understand

My only complaint is we received requests for the same documents multiple times, sometimes weeks after we sent in the requested materials. This was confusing and necessitated several phone calls and emails to get clarification. I'm not sure if it slowed the process but it did add to the stress. I believe this was an automation problem, not an issue with Jennifer, Mindy or anyone on the team. They were wonderful.
