Overall the process was very smooth and efficient. There was one small glitch on verification of a Trust document which was taken care of. Also the cash to borrower at closing has not been received yet. Other than that it was a job well done from my perspective.

Harold was good. I appreciate his work on getting us our loan that we were happy with. He had to come in and do it because the person before him totally did a poor job on our first attempt at refinancing our loan. (biggest issue with her was what she promised on the phone was totally different when it came to closing and NO COMMUNICATIN AT ALL after we agreed to refinance) Harold came in and fixed what she did wrong and restored our faith in using Freedom Mortgage as our lender.
