How we ended up with ULC is a bit convoluted. Long story short, we couldn’t find a house at one point in Texas and decided to move to Colorado when the market cooled. Our realtor from that time referenced us to another who happened to work with ULC — only after the loan application was mostly done we realized that I couldn’t relocate due to work. Since Judy had a license in Texas, and the process was already underway, we found no reason or advance of leaving to restart the process. The fact that Judy is amazing at her job was an unexpected bonus!

Kelley was great. The only complaint we would have is that we were planning to buy down more points for the interest rate than what we were planning on. We found this out after we put in an offer. Fortunately, we had enough capitol to cover that adjustment needed. This is something that has never come up in Kelley's experience, so we all learned together.
