Janice is a lovely lady who was very personable, gracious and professional. She is an asset to your company I any. She guided me through the mortgage loan process and explained things so that I could understand what to expect. I explained to her why I needed the home equity loan. I told her about the improperly installed siding currently on my house and that I will be getting new siding installed properly with my loan. She wanted a picture of before and after the project. Now, all I have to do is figure out how to do that.
