Jimmy helped us get our mortgage. While this may seem like an obvious statement for a mortgage representative, however this turned out to be a more unique situation than either of us anticipated. Jimmy was extremely steady the entire time, and throughout the process we were thrown multiple obstacles that Jimmy helped us take in stride. He manage your expectations extremely well and communicated even more than I would expect. If it weren’t for Jimmy, keeping me calm in certain situations when some of the issues started piling up, I may have given up altogether. However, Jimmy and his team continued to be very thorough and explaining what needed to get done, calm when there was a reason to be frustrated, and just very professional all the time. I am very thankful that I had Jimmy on my side, helping us through this process. We are very happy.
