I didn't have alot of input as to the creditors to be paid off at closing. We went through the list and I told him which balances were not to be paid. One of the balances consisted of fraudulent charges, but it was included at closing. Now I have to fight with the creditor to get my money back.

I did not like the process of having to mail out my payoff checks with technology of ach because checks are stolen and a lot fraudulent activities going on. Also I could not walk in the branch and payoff the loan it had to mail didn't make sense to me you paid off the home equity and not the rest. Was really unhappy with that process.
