His communication style is clear and concise and even if I don?t understand some thing he has said, I know I can ask him to rephrase any information to help me understand, and it know he will rephrase or explain in further detail without ever being patronizing to me or my husband. DR always follows up and is as clear as possible about our timeline, closing needs, etc. When we wanted to jump on buying a house ( over the holidays, no less), DR worked fervently to get our pre-approval done quickly.
