I did my home work upfront and research online. I spoke to several Brokers, Loan officers. Most were out of town. They seemed to be more like a used car salesman. (Apologies to the Used Cars Sales guys) Frustrated a neighbor suggested I speak with a realtor friend of his. She suggested I stay local because of their knowledge of market conditions and uniqueness of my home. We often travel up and down Rt.59 and stop by the Lovin Oven Cakery, which is directly across the street of your Antioch Bank. I called and was connected with Scott Romagna. Scott was very personable, knowledgeable, courteous and professional from the get go. He answered my questions thoroughly and walked me easily through what otherwise can be a stressful experience. Market conditions and interest rates were rapidly changing. Banks going out of business. Scott, put my stress and cold sweats at ease and made the entire process smooth and easy. We communicated by phone, by text and by email at all hours of the day or evening. I'm sure you already know this, but you're lucky to have Scott at your company.
