He took the time to explain things to me and was very patient and understanding with me as sometimes it take a time or two,,,, maybe three for me to fully understand something. And along with that had a sense of humor to where we could go off script and chat family and life to lighten up a moment. I believe in humor and funny moments to break up that all business mentality. There was lots of delays from providing information requested to when the next step was requested . I realize we had additional stuff to complete , but we seemed to loose several days between progress . Also the final steps from approval to completion were long winded ( we are real estate agents) we understand timing , but this was excessive and also ridiculous amount of final paperwork .
