Mr. Giesler always was accessible to me. He always had the answers to my questions or was able to provide the necessary avenues to get the answers. In fact, he often invited me to ask questions. He was non-plussed by my questions that may have been obvious. All of the steps of the loan process were handled expeditiously, and I was kept abreast of all of them.
