Great communicator, responds in a timely manner and explains things well

Tim Rhodes was great. He was recommended by a family friend, and I'm very happy with how everything was handled. We are first-time home buyers, and he was extremely patient while we were trying to get our stuff figured out and was willing to answer all of our questions very quickly. He would check in periodically if we didn't respond for awhile while we were waiting on answers from other parties without being pressuring. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Tim to others.
