Working with loan officers Brady Williams and Lidia M. They were extremely helpful and professional.

I was never contacted about the increasing rates. I felt like if they had my best interest at heart I should have been informed. desiree was asking for documents a few days before that should have been asked weeks prior. It made it more stressful that my loan might not be completed In time. I did not feel valued.

There was a lot of last minute communication that caused issues with getting what was communicated taken care of.

Brady and Lisa assisted us. There were communication breakdowns that we had well into the process. Closing was a bit difficult, even our closing agent was baffled at the lack of communication. Would I do the process over with the same people, yes I would. But I would definately ask more questions at the beginning of the process.

Brady came in after an abruptly departure of my initial loan officer. I did not work with him long before I was sent to another team whose names I remember very well. However, if he was lead to then he was excellent.

There were certainly several moments when securing my loan was a priority. However, due to my short closing time and being assigned a loan officer who was on vacation for a majority of that time, it was extremely difficult to get a respond, get clarification, and complete the necessary steps to close the loan on time. All employees were respectful throughout the process though.

Brady was amazing. He kept us up to date and checked with us almost daily. When he passed us off to the closing team, that's when the ball was dropped. The woman who was handling the closing went on vacation and it seems no one was checking her email. Our closing date was changed and we didn't find out until we contacted NewRez ourselves. Unfortunately, because it was within 5 days of closing we lost our AirBnB money since we were purchasing an out of state property.
