Having it all online made it convenient. My only suggestion is when both borrower emails for Docusign requests go to the same email address, differentiate which link os for which borrower to avoid lockouts from using the incorrect password.

Carl was great but we had issues with our processor as he did not communicate well and we were having to be the ones to chase him down for answers and a timeline. The loan probably could have closed sooner, if things were handled differently.
