I have had the buying and now the refinance experience with Veteran's First and I have to say that the customer service is amazing! Ellen kept me engaged. I could ask questions and the answers came the same day. I don't remember being able to communicate by text before. And the follows-up emails gave me life! Florida has a very aggressive real-estate market that can make buying or refinancing horrible to undertake; however, it felt like I breezed right through the process.
