Rick & his staff were super! Great work! Some documentation for my loan seemed unnecessary, but I know that's not your call. For example, first, I own two timeshares paid in full I can rent and on which I'm only obligated to pay annual maintenance if I wish to retain them. These are assets, not liabilities. Second, my monthly payment is reduced, I have no commercial debt, $125,000 equity in the propery, nearly $500,000 in other assets, & a FICO of 800. To have to prove my pension of 20 years would continue until my death seemed silly. As unnecessary as I might think this request, different wording in the checklist would have helped my understanding of what was needed so as not to possibly jeopardize the closing.
