Larry is a great loan officer, he is always available to take phone calls, and stays on top of the files to make sure the process is smooth All the way until closing.

Lack of Communication, Lack of Explanation to the costumer , I was told I can’t get a loan but after i Talk to Sales Manager he found different way to make it Happen, I was in dark during process and i was expecting to someone stay positive on my side and help me to get the process done. I felt because its VA loan and he doesn’t like to work deal due to commission or My personality . It could be much better way to process. I would not Do business again like this . I rather have Broker to do instead doing myself . And lastly He probably did he job and this is the way he is working and may other like the way he is work but doesn’t work for me .
