Great service, quick and attentive.

Owen was very helpful and communicated often helping me through the process. I have bo issues there however I had contact with a customer service representative while trying to understand my past escrow balance and payment!! Sadly this was two days before my closing. Had it been earlier, I would have walked away from Newrez and taken my business to Navy Federal instead. In the world of online communication where we do not have the ability to see ones body language, tone is very critical. Furthermore, I do not expect to be berated by any representative of a company I do business with simply for inquiring about my business dealings with said company. When it comes to finances, I expect companies to offer full transparency and explanations as needed. Referring me back to an escrow analysis which did not answer my initial question should not be the answer. If the company is only able to regurgitate what is on paper without an in-depth explanation then how can I trust them with my assets? It was a lesson learned a but too late for me but I will continue to seek transparency to my questions and hope that I interact with more respectful and knowledgable representatives in the future.
