A bit more communication on the closing date and availability as my work requires some travel. My wife had spoke to someone that was unpleasant one day about closing while I was out of town and made a simple interaction unnecessarily stressful.

Kyle was in communication with us every step of the way. The whole process was streamlined and efficient. We were very pleased with our new refinance rate and the ease of aquisition. If you have a VA loan then you may qualify for a streamlined refi. Kyle and Newrez made it easy.

Although I didn?t like the lengthy process , I did appreciate the communication through most of it. Towards the end, I felt like there could?ve been a better honest explanation as to the steps and timing but I really appreciate the efforts of all.

There was a form that was missed during the closing and initially they somehow neglected to add in a significant portion of my debt during the initial application which almost caused the loan to be rejected.

There seemed to be frequent delays in communicating which documents were needed to proper loan processing. We?ve signed approximately 4 loan disclosures and that created a bit of confusion. In spite of it all, it seemed to come together at the end.

At times I was concerned about the process but weathered the storms and both Kyle and Mindy communicated my concerns So over all the process was great and I'm grateful ????
