Mike Ezissi was exceptionally patient and persistent in contacting EVERBRIGHT (solar company) in trying to obtain necessary documents for lender. My loan was slated to close end of November 2024, however did not close until end of January 2025 because of horrible inefficiency of solar company’s poorly written contract. Mike was super professional and consistently kept me updated as we both worked to get required documents from EVERBRIGHT.

We felt John went over and above helping us. Linda called towards the end of closing to keep us updated. Both are friendly and professional!

Communication throughout the process was great, except, I never received a response regarding property tax payment on final itemized papers. I would never have financed taxes plus they are not due for 2 months and the semi annual bill is not yet available. A check was included with pay off checks. If I had noticed that detail at settlement, I probably would not have signed without an explanation. Shame on me! It was too much paper to go over every detail.
