Luke Vogel is a very good listener and was able to help put together a cash-out new conventional loan that will help me get my finances better organized. My application seemed to "move" rather slowly and it has been nine days since I signed all required contracts/paperwork for closing and none of the "paid-off accounts" have received payment as of this date/time. I do believe that the payments could have been arranged by EFT's or cashiers' checks and a little anxiety relieved!

What was enjoyable about this experience was how caring and proactive Luke Vogel was. He also explained the details and process in layman’s terms and took his time to make sure we understood the details. He was pleasant funny and informative all at the same time. He made you feel that ours was the only loan he was working on. He also could be reached in a phone call. If he didn’t answer he called back within an hour or less. We didn’t get shoved around to other departments or people, and that made the experience great! But Luke was a huge part of our satisfaction!!

The ONLY problems that we experienced were issues we needed to satisfy our qualifications. NO problems at all from the full Veterans First team that assisted us.
