I was giving some intial cash to close figures and interest rates that included some lender credits. At the end, I was able to get the rate that was intially quote and lock in but the cash to close fluctuate . This was the the biggest issue that i had with the process. Everything else, was good.

Communication during underwriting was slow. My biggest complaint is that prior to deciding to proceed with Newrez, Chris included some lender credits including buying down the rate however on the final closing statement those were paid out of my pocket. I asked several times throughout the process and was always pushed off or received no response.

Very kind, extremely helpful kept me comfortable and confident with the hole loan process . Always communicating answering any of my questions and if I felt like I was bugging or nagging and even feeling impatient ,they never cared and were always there for me .They were always humble and kind , very polite and sweet to me.
