We had two minor issues that kept the over all score from being a 10. The first issue was there were a couple of times when we needed some clarification on things and it seemed to us that it took a long time for Carlos to get back to us. He was able to answer all of our questions but there was the response time. The second issue that we had is with the payoff checks. The description line on the checks was not very precise. the description was just initials and not the actual name of the vendor. In the future if you could be more precise with the names on the checks it would be helpful to your customers.

The original closing date 2/12 @8pm. The person to close never showed up or called to say why not comming. Then he made up a lie about weather for his boss as to hos failure. Needs to be terminated

Carlos did a good job, but the subordination process of the equity loan took an exceptionally long time. I would believe that the refinance had been cancelled, and then I would receive an email asking for a signature to keep the loan process moving. In the end I am happy with the loan and the interest rate.

I was 1st contacted by Jackie Jones what a sweetheart she is.... when I called freedom mortgage to see if this was a legit deal (Im old school) Carlos stole me from Jackie by sending me an email. I even discussed with him how if it's legit I'd like to go back to Jackie. He told me they don't make commission and it wouldn't matter who I went with... When Jackie called me back I found out Carlos was not being honest. Not HAPPY with Carlos!
