There were communications sent to Mindy that were not responded to. Several times, it was unclear exactly what was being requested. For one piece of required documentation, the support was provided at least 3 times without acknowledgement.

This makes the third time of using the same Mortgage Company. I am very satisfied with them. I never had any problems. Everything was quick and easy.
