It took 7 mths to refinance our home. 3 times they came and took pictures. We feel that was overkill. I just don't feel that our loan was that important to your company.

Steve was great. There was a lack of communication whenever the process moved out of Steve?s responsibilities. I feel this comes from lack of workforce in this area because I believe that Analisa did a good job, but seemed to me to be overwhelmed. Overall, it was a good experience.

The team kept in contact with me and dealt with several small problems that came up, like a mistaken lien and the newly established need for flood insurance.

Steven Hochrein was great! David Stewart didn?t communicate with me as I would have liked. I was asked for more and more documentation. I feel that everything should have been requested at the beginning. From the very beginning?.they should have been aware of the title problem and taken care of it early on. Because of the title problem?..the whole process took over a month from beginning to closing??which made the payoff check amounts different from my account balances! Otherwise I am satisfied!
