I’d forgotten how salesy this business segment is. That said the representative was very pleasant and helpful along the way. He didn’t mention closing costs. Made me think perhaps by going through our current lender. They were waived. I definitely could’ve asked. But he probably should’ve said. I didn’t know about them until I started receiving DocuSign documents. That said, I still give a nine out of 10.

He closed the gap on miscommunication, explained thouroughly each way through the process and connected with the appropriate team members to get results. For us the opportunity to refinance our home loan gave us more financial security. It was stressful. If it wasn't for the taxes going up so high, more than likely I would have never refinanced. o one more issue, there was so many calls and emails, it was hard to tell which ones were real and which were fake (scammers).

Communications were very good. Closed in a timely manner. As an existing Customer I received a discount that was very nice benefit. They made the Closing very convenient and on my schedule.

Upon completing my paperwork and turning everything requested to the Loan Officer, several questions that weren't applicable or were redundant were required by the follow up person. Also in our initial conversation, I mentioned that if the appraisal came in higher than expected, I wanted a larger loan however, the paperwork sent with the Attorney for settlement was based on the original guestimate of the appraisal. It took a little longer than anticipated but overall was a good experience.
