Convenience out of crazy work schedule

Harry was great! He was able to answer my many questions, explain processes, and work out numbers with me all before I committed to anything. He walked me through the entire process and was right there when something went a little awry or I had more questions. He responded to me at all times of the day and helped make the process super smooth. When I was passed to others to move the loan forward, they were great as well. Nakita was very helpful and efficient when a problem crept up at the last moment. I really loved the online experience and the shortened in person document signing. It was great that they arranged for that to happen at my house. I would definately recommend Newrez to help my friends and family with their home loan needs.

Harry was great! From time to first contact with Harry to close was maybe 3 weeks tops. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother process
