Communication by both email and phone was frustrating, at times. The whole process took longer than I would have liked...but that is because I didn't understand all of the process involved. The time differences didn't help much either. This is not really a reflection on Antonio or Eddie. The system of working with two individuals took getting used to. Both men were kind and eager to help me understand all that occurred.

I had a great experience with Antonio but after that it was NOT a good experience.

Communication was good. Questions were pretty much answered. The only thing was the end with the title company or whoever figured out the payoffs for the debt. They didn't call for a payoff as of the day they cut the checks so we are now dealing with the wrong amounts on the checks. Other than that the process went pretty smooth.

I was new to refinance processes. To put it bluntly, I was downright scared. Antonio was very kind and walked me through every step, keeping me calm answered any guestion big or small. Then Darryl Grant was next to help me with the rest of the process. Again he was kind, informative, and kept me calm and did everything he could to help me understand the whole process. Both Antonio Gissi and Darryl Grant were easy to talk to and made sure I understood everything we spoke about. My closing happened on Monday August 29th, and the checks for the creditors arrived Wednesday so I could get them mailed out quickly. The entire process was easy with there help.
