My experience was good; not great but good! There?s a big satisfaction gap between ?Great? and ?OK?. I was a bit irritated that Nick would tell me ?not to worry about something and he?d take care of it? but I kept getting emails from underwriting asking the same questions again and asking twice for email explanations; just seems like there was a breakdown in some communication. But overall I was satisfied and appreciated Nick?s help and will refer to him.

This was the third loan I've closed with Nick. He does an awesome job of keeping everyone apprised of the status of the loan process and has gotten all the loans closed earlier than needed.
