Top notch, I have never worked with anyone that has been so passionate and caring. Tyler kept me updated on everything, tried his hardest to get me what I was wanting and needing for my remodeling. Though the numbers (financially)weren’t in my favor to get what I was hoping, he did awesome at getting me what I needed to help get the remodeling process started. Tyler explained everything through the process, I was never confused or lost. Not every survey gets looked at, but I hoping mine will, Tyler is not a step above the rest, he is many steps above the rest, you might want to think about a significant raise to insure he sticks around a very, very long time. He is definitely an asset to your company. If i know anyone that is looking to buy, refi or whatever the case may be I will refer them to him. I’m not saying there are not others that are capable, but i know what he can do and what he has done for me. He doesn’t stop after the final signature like most, he’s always reaching out and checking on how things are going. Tyler does his best to make sure that everyone has their ducks in a row. if the title company comes back and says there is something missing and he knows there isn't he will fight for you. There are only two people at this moment after financing four loans with Veteans First that I would go to. If they are not there. I would go else where. One of them is Ben Gregory who I always ask for when I start looking for a loan and then Tyler Munoz to say do the mopping up. If they are not there as I mentioned. Believe me I would look else where.
