The best, Ken is the best, he helped me from the start of the loan, all the way to the end of my loan.. My case was a little more difficult, because my ol' lady has dementia, and could not sign anything. Thank God I have the power of attorney to do so..but... This brought up some bad memories of our hard times.. Ken was very helpful getting me through all this. Ken Coleman is a very kind and understanding man. Good experience

We knew about Newrez because they manage our home mortgage and we are happy with that service. We had a really good experience with Ken and with Eddie on this most recent re-fi of our existing HELOC. They were both very professional, explained the details clearly, and worked quickly. We were against the clock because I am a teacher and we were one day from going out on a two week winter break. Since our district office was on vacation, as well, they were unable to get employment confirmation but were able to secure an exception with an extra paystub from me. We really appreciated the extra effort that was put in by these two people during the holidays. They went over and above. Thank you Ken and Eddie!
