My experience with Ken Coleman and Newrez LLC was very positive. Ken was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful throughout the home financing process. He took the time to answer my questions, explain the process, and keep me informed along the way. Home financing can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Ken’s communication and willingness to assist made the experience much easier. I truly appreciated his patience, professionalism, and commitment to helping us get to the closing table. Ken was the most helpful and understanding person, it’s hard to believe he works for a mortgage company. My attempt to refinance the house ran into problems he had no control over many caused by paper work that was either filled incorrectly or not at all by the company I used to put solar panels on my roof and then of course the drlay because I needed to get a new air conditioner. But Ken was there offering help the whole time. I would not have been successful getting my refi if it had not been for Ken Coleman

Well he is very professional very understanding willing to help out no matter what great personality very patient any questions you may have he went up and beyond to assist you. Well he did a great job helping us with the application . He walked us through it cause some time we old school we would mess up . I believe you need more people like this to work for this company. The best, Ken is the best, he helped me from the start of the loan, all the way to the end of my loan.. Good experience

We knew about Newrez because they manage our home mortgage and we are happy with that service. We had a really good experience with Ken and with Eddie on this most recent re-fi of our existing HELOC. They were both very professional, explained the details clearly, and worked quickly. We were against the clock because I am a teacher and we were one day from going out on a two week winter break. Since our district office was on vacation, as well, they were unable to get employment confirmation but were able to secure an exception with an extra paystub from me. We really appreciated the extra effort that was put in by these two people during the holidays. They went over and above. Thank you Ken and Eddie!
