Both Cintearra and Vanessa were amazing! I had never done this before and I was completely at ease! I get emails all of the time for refi etc and wanted to pay off cc debt, house upgrades, and be able to help my daughter with school. They were both personable and understanding! I received so many emails and mailers, you never know what is a scam, I called direct and talked to Cinterra on a Saturday morning. Thank you ladies for all of your help!
