After getting off to a rocky start with another loan officer, Michael Cumba took over my loan and did an excellent job. He kept me informed during every step of the process and he was knowledgeable and explained everything regarding my loan and upcoming steps. He was easy to work with and treated me like I was his only client. Communication is important to me, and he always kept me informed.

It took a long time, lots of redresses. At the end, constant revisits from the financial underwriters to confirm our financial health. While I suspect this would happen with any lending organization, this is a process that needs to be fixed. Frustrating at the very least.

Our experience working with Michael Cumba was very good. He was very responsive to our questions and explained everything along through the process. Beyond that, working to get all the documents that the underwriters were requesting was taxing. It seemed like with each request, there came a new request for something different so it really dragged out the process.
