Michael Cumba was extremely helpful. I told him what I wanted to do & he figured it all out. Had a few options & I picked the best one for me . I would recommend him highly.

Our experience working with Michael Cumba was very good. He was very responsive to our questions and explained everything along through the process. Beyond that, working to get all the documents that the underwriters were requesting was taxing. It seemed like with each request, there came a new request for something different so it really dragged out the process.

Good Communication and relatively fast process. Rates are not the best at the moment but not anyone's fault. It is the current state of affairs and cost of living so it applies to all.
