Mr V is a good agent and takes his time to explain everything in detail. Congrats. The paper work required to obtain a refinancing is wait TOO MUCH, i gave to sign and date so many pages. It is impossible to read and understand all that is written on that mountain of paper. I think all that paper work is good for the lawyers but bad for the customer. The money that I am getting is my money and I paying interest on it. The interest that I pay is double the interest that the bank pays for saving the money with them.
