The first sign of excellence came when Ashley provided videos to Katie and Kyle, as they began the process from Atlanta, GA, and could not meet in person. I found the videos helpful because it helped me have a better understanding of the process as well. Ashley provided several letters of preapproval, even on the weekends, but we were out-bid in a few multiple offers. Finally, we found the best home, made the offer, and Ashley went to work on getting the home closed, not only on time, but early! We could not have asked for a smoother process! Thank you!
